REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in FSI 2006! This year's conference, which will be held May 22-25, 2006 in Champaign, Illinois, promises to deliver an exciting lineup of speakers and networking events.

Registration will open April 3, 2006.

All participants are required to register online.

Conference Registration includes the following:

• All presentations including keynotes, workshops, forums, poster sessions, and roundtable discussions.
• Vendor's Exhibit Hall
• Opening Reception on Monday, May 22.
• Lunches on Tuesday, May 23 and Wednesday, May 24
• Dinner on Wednesday, May 24.
• Participation in drawings during the Exhibition Hall, Lunches, and Dinner
• Access to conference materials posted online

How to Register

Registration Fees

Participants from Associate Institutions (see list)

Participants from Associate Institutions do not have to pay for registration.

Participants from Non-Associate Institutions

The Registration Fee for participants from non-associate institutions is $250. Accepted methods of payment: Check, Purchase Order, Credit Card

Group Discounts

A 10% discount will be given to groups of 10 or more. Please contact ION for more information or to schedule a group rate.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to University of Illinois at fsi-info@ion-asgard.online.uillinois.edu by May 12th, 2006 and will be issued, less a 25% administrative fee. Refund requests received after May 12th, 2006 will not be honored. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to fsi-info@ion-asgard.online.uillinois.edu. If you do not attend the conference and do not submit a written refund request, the University of Illinois will retain all fees. The University of Illinois is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
