Dr. Garrett is a professor of Computer Information Systems at Eastern Illinois University. A holder of the ION MOT, he has taught online, via teleconference, and hybrid face-to-face courses. He regularly researches and presents in the area of ELearning, with particular emphasis on the use of tools such as RSS, blogs, and wikis.
