Creating a Survey in the Quiz Module
The Moodle survey tool is for pre-made surveys, not for surveys
as one familiar with WebCT or BlackBoard might expect. You can however, create
a survey using the quiz module. Simply create a quiz and set the grade option
not to grade the quiz. Make sure that you do have a point assigned to questions
within the quiz though, or you will get a divide by zero error when the quiz
is submitted. If you want to assign credit for the quiz, you can add it to
a participation assignment
outside
of that
quiz
module.
